Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Struve misses with a takedown
and Tatum counters with a nice uppercut.
Struve doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tatum cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

letting Tatum counter with a right hand.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tatum lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Tatum lands a big uppercut and Struve crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Struve looks OK. Tatum waves Struve back to his feet!
Struve is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Oh Struve is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Struve circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Tatum. Struve falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Tatum!

A pretty intense looking Drederik Tatum took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
