Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Edkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deair Conan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Edkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Deair Conan! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conan manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Edkins on his heels. He'll look to pass Edkins's guard now, I'm sure. Edkins is looking for a triangle but Conan pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Conan sitting in guard here, content to control. Edkins escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Conan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Conan scoring with some ground and pound. Edkins had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Conan defends it easily. Edkins looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Conan passes into side control.
Conan tries for a kimura but Edkins is defending well. Edkins is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Tycoon Gym, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Edkins sneaks back into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice strikes from Conan there. Edkins looking for submissions off his back. Edkins actively working from the bottom here. Edkins taking some punishment here, with Conan in his half guard. Edkins is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Conan pulls his head out easily. Conan takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Conan working Edkins over with strikes. Conan slows the pace down in half guard. Conan tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Edkins.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Edkins tries to get to full guard but Conan has control of the leg. Conan looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Edkins looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Edkins looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Edkins tries to get to full guard but Conan has control of the leg. Conan working over Edkins with some ground and pound. Edkins looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Conan in particular looking to stall.
That's three minutes gone in the round. It looks like Conan might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Edkins looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Conan in particular looking to stall. Conan is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Conan landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Ground and pound from Conan. Well, if Conan is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Edkins wants to improve his position but Conan is controlling well.

Conan seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Conan working the head and body with strikes.
Edkins is rocked! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Deair Conan dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Conan shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Conan was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Oh Edkins is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Edkins tries to buck Conan off but Conan is having none of it. Conan in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Edkins looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Conan turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Deair Conan! Deair Conan opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
