Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Leo Yaj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perseen Suti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perseen Suti will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Leo Yaj!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 22 - 2, fighting out of London, Perseen Suti!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suti bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Yaj tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Suti manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fighters circle momentarily. Yaj darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Suti tests Yaj's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Yaj misses with a two punch combination.

Suti gets a double leg takedown into Yaj's guard.
Suti tries to free his leg and advance position but Yaj is retaining full guard.

Suti is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Suti working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Yaj doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Yaj manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Suti working his ground and pound in the gym.
Suti throws a strike but Yaj rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Yaj keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Suti's head.
Yaj wants to get up but he can't break Suti's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Suti finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Yaj's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Suti falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
