Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jonnhy Three (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Maynard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Three moves into the clinch.
Three lands with a light punch inside.
Three avoiding damage.
Three lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Maynard backwards.
Three working some nice short punches in the clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from Three.
Maynard throws a head punch that misses.
Three lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Three lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Three pushes Maynard back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Three drops Maynard onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Maynard is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Three throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Maynards head.

Three is leaning against Maynard and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Three.
Three throws a punch but it's blocked by Maynard.

Maynard seems to have recovered his senses.
Three drops Maynard onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Maynard is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Three unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Maynard! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Three is unloading with more strikes now! Maynard drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
