Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Henry Welling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Rodgers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aaron Rodgers!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welling shoots and misses
and Rodgers counters with a nice low kick that buckles Welling's knee momentarily.
Rodgers misses with the combination.
Rodgers swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rodgers scores with a leg kick.
Welling pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Welling closes the distance and clinches up with Rodgers, looking for a takedown. Welling pushes Rodgers against the cage but Rodgers circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Aaron Rodgers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rodgers throws a hook but Welling avoids it easily.
Rodgers scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Welling is defended easily by Rodgers.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henry Welling. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A slapping leg kick lands for Rodgers.
A solid leg kick lands there for Rodgers.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Welling darts in looking for a takedown but Rodgers gets double underhooks and turns Welling into the cage.
Rodgers stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Welling tries to clinch up but Rodgers circles away and keeps his distance.
Rodgers lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Rodgers throws a right hand that Welling ducks under and follows up with a left that Welling also avoids with ease.
Welling ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rodgers moves away.
Welling shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rodgers defends it nicely.
Rodgers doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Aaron Rodgers is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rodgers throws a body punch but Welling moves out of range.
As Rodgers backs away, Welling returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Rodgers looks to land a combination. Welling sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Rodgers throws the kick towards the body but Welling avoids it.
Welling drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Welling shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Rodgers cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Welling is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Welling tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rodgers was well out of range. Poor timing from Welling.
Oh Welling is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rodgers needs to keep his hands up - Welling had a free shot at his head there.
Welling seems to have got his legs back now.
Welling shoots and misses
and Rodgers counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Welling shoots in and drives through. Rodgers sprawls well.
Rodgers lands a jab to the nose.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Rodgers throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Welling is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Aaron Rodgers!
Aaron Rodgers bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
