Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kova Paska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hannibal Lecter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kova Paska could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Hannibal Lecter's chin.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lecter misses with a wild combination.
Paska feints and as Lecter raises his hands in defense, Paska changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Paska trying to control but Lecter is working from the bottom.
Lecter wants to stand but Paska is controlling the position.
Paska drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lecter looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lecter looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lecter!
Paska is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lecter off and has taken his back!

Paska is striking well from the back but Lecter escapes and manages to control the positon and works his way to half guard. A much better position - the crisis is over for the time being.

Lecter throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Paska stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Lecter lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lecter.
It looks like Kova Paska has been cut.
Paska throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lecter's waist but Lecter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Paska off to one side.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Paska is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lecter is just riding it out for now. Paska eventually gives up the hold.

Paska has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lecter is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Paska.
