Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Grant Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dana Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen Era-Enea Vollare Mezzo as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Grant Kennedy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dana Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kennedy fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gracie sprawls well initially but Kennedy persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Kennedy passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Gracie!
Kennedy jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Gracie is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Gracie and Kennedy has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Kennedy tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Kennedy wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gracie, who protects the arm well.
Gracie should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Kennedy has an Americana. Gracie didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kennedy is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kennedy hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
