Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergeant Peppers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scott has chosen Fight Music as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Scott! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scott staying out of range there. Scott rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Peppers moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Peppers throws an overhand right that lands on Scott's shoulder, as Scott tries to avoid the shot. Scott is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
It looks like Mark Scott has been cut. Scott misses the shot to the body. Scott uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Peppers. Scott throws a body punch but Peppers moves out of range. Scott closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Peppers looking to slow down the pace here. Peppers wants to break the clinch but can't.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Scott misses with a looping left. Peppers jabbing away but nothing is landing. Peppers lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Peppers.

Peppers is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Scott Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Peppers's back instead. A bit of a pause in the action here. Scott controlling the positon. Peppers is in bad spot here.

That has opened up Mark Scott's cut even more. Scott cracks Peppers with a good jab. Peppers is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Peppers connects with the punch.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Peppers cracks Scott with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Mark Scott is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Peppers takes a swing at Scott's ribcage but misses. Peppers throws a hook to the side of Scott's head but Scott sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Sergeant Peppers has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Peppers lands a jab. And that's the end of the fight! Sergeant Peppers showed his dominance in that final round. Well Scott has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
