The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaw takes a head kick and keeps coming.

and Shaw counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Shaw has closed the distance and engaged Winter in a clinch.

Shaw cracks Winter with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Shaw creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Winter is looking to regain half guard here but Shaw keeps moving and retains side control.

Well Shaw has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
