Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wilber Nielsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Orwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nielsen shoots in and drives through. Orwell sprawls well.
Nielsen shoots in looking for a takedown. Orwell tries to sprawl out of it but Nielsen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Orwell manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Orwell moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Wilber Nielsen has been cut.
Orwell moves into the clinch.
Orwell breaks the clinch.
Nielsen misses with a takedown attempt - Orwell sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wilber Nielsen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Orwell lands a brutal head kick. Nielsen looks out on his feet and Orwell throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
