Sellers throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Italo blocks it with crossed arms.
Sellers has had enough of the clinch but Italo keeps him there for the moment.
Italo has Sellers pressed against the cage, preventing Sellers from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
