Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between For Win (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaeq Lauzou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Win might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Miles Davis - Freddie freeloader. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!

With a record of 6 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, For Win!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jaeq Lauzou!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lauzou stuffs the takedown.

Lauzou scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Lauzou throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Win shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lauzou as he avoids it easily.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Win. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Win is rocked!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Lauzou scores with a leg kick.
Lauzou connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Win momentarily.
Oh Win is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A slapping leg kick lands for Lauzou.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Win seems to have got his legs back now.
Lauzou throws a wild body kick that Win sees coming a mile off.

Win tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lauzou swivels and escapes.
Win shoots for a double leg takedown but Lauzou sprawls well. He's pushed Win's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Lauzou is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Win rather than just go for the knockout.
Lauzou lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Win circles away quickly and effectively.
Lauzou fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Win tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lauzou paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Win changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lauzou tries to avoid it but Win manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lauzou to the ground. Lauzou escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Win is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Win takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Win is trying to control the action in half guard but Lauzou is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Win wants to pass the guard but Lauzou is defending well.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Win is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Lauzou has managed to free his arm - good work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jaeq Lauzou showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lauzou is squirming around, avoiding Win's attempts to control the action.

Win looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Lauzou takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Win can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lauzou is looking to escape.
Win misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Win tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Win swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Lauzou is now in Win's guard. A big mistake from Win there, giving up the dominant position!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Win is looking to sinch up a triangle. Lauzou throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Win's body to avoid the submission. Win has instead reached around Lauzou's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Win arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). For Win!
