Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Greco Roman and Maki Pulu. The crowd seem to be enjoying Pulu's choice of entrance music: Alive. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 10 wins and 6 losses; Greco Roman! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 1 losses; Maki Pulu! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Pulu fails with a takedown attempt. Pulu gets a double leg takedown into Roman's guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Roman (0) vs (2) Pulu Roman lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Roman (2) vs (2) Pulu Roman wants to control from the top but Pulu keeps moving. Roman preventing the sweep. Roman tries to free his leg and advance position but Pulu is retaining full guard. Pulu wants to sweep here but Roman controlling him for the moment. Roman is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Pulu is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Pulu has escaped and now he's on top! Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Roman (2) vs (4) Pulu We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roman has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Pulu should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Roman has tightened it up now! Pulu should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Greco Roman decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world.
