Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Fred Collins and Wade Winston Wilson. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 0 losses; Wade Winston Wilson! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Collins moves into the clinch successfully.
Wilson is trying to pull guard but Collins has him pressed against the cage. Wilson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Collins walks away with a smile on his face. Wilson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Collins moves into the clinch successfully.

That's eleven minutes gone in the round. Collins is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Wilson goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Collins is on top in guard.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Wilson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Wilson manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Collins stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wilson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Wilson keeping moving, preventing Collins from controlling successfully. Wilson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Collins manages to get himself to full guard.

It's preventing any offense from Wilson, at least for the moment. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wilson wants to pass the guard but Collins is keeping the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Wilson wins on points by 14 to 10. Wade Winston Wilson tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool. |
