Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anatoliy Lapikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lapikov has chosen AC/DC - Hells Bells as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Daniel Williams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 23 - 0, fighting out of London, Anatoliy Lapikov! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams moves out of range as Lapikov strikes. An inside leg kick lands from Williams. Lapikov throws a body punch but Williams moves out of range. Williams misses with a series of wild punches.
Lapikov misses with a double jab.
Lapikov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Williams was well out of range. Poor timing from Lapikov. Lapikov fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Williams looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lapikov throws an off balance right hand
and Williams counters with a lovely shot to the body. Williams misses the jab. Lapikov avoids the body shot from Williams.
That's one minute gone in the round. Good leg kick by Williams there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Lapikov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Williams. Lapikov changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Lapikov avoids a kick to the body.
Lapikov appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Lapikov misses with a wild body shot. Williams lands a head shot. Lapikov lands with a good body shot. Lapikov misses with a double jab
and Williams counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Lapikov lands with a shot to the body. Williams looks to land a right hand but Lapikov moved out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lapikov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Williams misses with a kick to the body.
Lapikov drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lapikov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Williams wants to stand up but Lapikov is controlling him. Lapikov trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Lapikov missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lapikov postures up in Williams's guard and throws a big left but Williams blocks it. Williams wants to stand and escape but Lapikov is having none of it. Williams wants to sweep here but Lapikov controlling him for the moment. Lapikov in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Williams is trying to keep Lapikov in close.
Williams looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lapikov is one step ahead there. Lapikov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Williams swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Lapikov slips a jab from Williams. Williams throws a leg kick enabling Lapikov to counter with a crisp jab. Williams moves in looking to clinch but Lapikov pushes him off.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lapikov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Williams. Williams throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. And Lapikov tries to counter it with a takedown but Williams pushes his down on his head and steps out. We've been told by Williams's head coaches at ~T~ Troid - Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Williams clinches up against the cage. Williams swings wildly with an uppercut but Lapikov uses good head movement to avoid it. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Williams looking to stall.
Williams tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A head punch on the inside from Williams fails to land. Williams misses with a punch on the inside.
Lapikov works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Daniel Williams will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Williams connects with an inside leg kick. Lapikov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Williams swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Williams looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Lapikov looks to score with a jab to the body but Williams is just out of range. An attempted straight right counter from Williams misses the target. Lapikov misses with a hook. Williams ducked under it nicely. Williams is looking to clinch. Lapikov lands a jab to Williams's midsection. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams throws a shot from downtown. Lapikov moves away and avoids it. Lapikov works Williams's body with a nice hook. Williams fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lapikov. Williams throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

and Lapikov counters with a right hand to the body. Williams thuds a left hand into Lapikov's body. Williams cracks Lapikov with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Williams misses with an uppercut
and Lapikov counters with a stiff right hand. Daniel Williams is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Williams throws a half hearted mid kick. Williams lands a head kick!
Williams gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Williams looks to land a body kick but Lapikov moved away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams throws the left hand but Lapikov avoids the punch easily. Lapikov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Lapikov tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Williams on the wrong end of a nice jab. Williams misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lapikov.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lapikov just misses with a punch to the body.

A punch lands to the side of Lapikov 's head but he takes it in his stride. Williams swings widly with a right hand
and Lapikov counters with a one-two to the body. Williams misses with a right hand and Lapikov counters with a lovely shot to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lapikov avoids a kick to the body.
Williams throws a right hand that Lapikov ducks under and follows up with a left that Lapikov also avoids with ease. A looping hook to the body misses from Williams. Lapikov does a little dance to reset his feet. Lapikov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lapikov with the counter takedown but Williams avoids it easily. Lapikov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lapikov tries to move into full mount but can't pass Williams's legs. Lapikov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Williams tries to buck Lapikov off but Lapikov is having none of it. Lapikov wants to control but Williams is keeping him busy. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Lapikov in side control, throwing shots but Williams defends.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lapikov is trying to get an arm triangle but Williams is defending well. Lapikov looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Williams dodges the ground and pound from Lapikov. Williams is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lapikov off and has taken his back! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lapikov is in bad spot here.
Williams looking to hold on to the position here but Lapikov rolls and ends up regaining guard.

A close second round but Anatoliy Lapikov will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Lapikov looking to score a takedown here. Williams is defending well but Lapikov drives through and ends up in Williams's guard. Williams has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Lapikov has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Williams scores with an uppercut up the middle. Williams pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Williams takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Lapikov swings away with a body shot that misses
and Williams counters with a straight punch to the midsection. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fight stays on the outside here - Williams looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Lapikov connects with a single shot there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Lapikov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Williams. Williams on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Williams scores with a push kick. Williams thuds his right hand into Lapikov's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Lapikov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Williams. Lapikov looks like he wants to counter punch here. Williams throws a hook to the side of Lapikov's head but Lapikov sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Williams showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lapikov.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams lands a big head kick that sends Lapikov tumbling to the mat! Williams takes a step backwards and waves Lapikov back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Lapikov is rocked!
It looks like Anatoliy Lapikov has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Williams cracks Lapikov with a left hook right on the temple and Lapikov goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Williams lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Lapikov is OK!
