Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lamont Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukas Hanak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawkins kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Wu-Tang Clan - C.R.E.A.M. Hanak is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Lamont Hawkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Lukas Hanak!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawkins motions for Hanak to come forward. Hawkins throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Hanak checks a low kick from Hawkins.
Hawkins will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
A punch lands to the side of Hanak 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Lamont Hawkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hawkins thows a body kick. Hanak tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Hawkins gets off balance looking for a body kick
so Hanak counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hawkins is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Hanak frees his head nicely. Oh but Hawkins has switched to an armbar! Hanak is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Lamont Hawkins!
In his post fight interview, Lamont Hawkins started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
