Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Lowery.
Lowery gets caught flat footed, as Brown shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Brown postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lowery is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Brown, into his guard.
Brown trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Brown will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Brown has an active guard here but Lowery has managed to pass into half guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lowery seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Lowery must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Lowery wants to get up but he can't break Brown's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Lowery is posturing up here but Brown has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Lowery tries to roll out but it's too tight and Lowery has to tap! Slick submission there by Brown!
