The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Nichalos. No joy for Zaki on that attempt.
Zaki takes one to the side of the head.
Nichalos drops Zaki with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Zaki looks back up at him and smiles so Nichalos waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Zaki is rocked!
Zaki circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Nichalos. Zaki falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Nichalos!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jacoby Nichalos!
