Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Esidem Laugh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Esidem Laugh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Brown! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Brown takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Brown looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Brown is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Brown wants to control but Laugh is keeping him busy. Laugh holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Brown is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The fighters are battling for position here. Laugh manages to regain full guard. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brown wants to pass the guard but Laugh is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Laugh looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Laugh preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Laugh has Brown pulled in close to control his posture.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Laugh fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Laugh takes a swing at Brown's ribcage but misses. Brown tries to counter by closing the distance. Laugh looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Brown doesn't manage to clinch there - Laugh circles away.
Laugh moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Chris Brown has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown tries to clinch but Laugh is having none of it. Brown shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Laugh as he avoids it easily. Laugh attempts a counter takedown but Brown avoids it well and moves away. Brown throws a head kick but Laugh moves out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Laugh escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brown stuffs the takedown attempt from Laugh. Laugh gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Esidem Laugh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Brown gets a double leg takedown into Laugh's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Laugh doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Laugh looking to hit a scissor sweep but Brown is one step ahead there. Brown with a flurry of punches that miss. Laugh seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Brown drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brown jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Brown looks winded! Laugh has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Laugh takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
As Brown looks to move away, Laugh throws a big counter combo but Brown just gets out of the way. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Brown crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Laugh - the referee stops the clock and Brown gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Laugh. Brown manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Brown doesn't manage to clinch there - Laugh circles away.
Laugh rushes Brown and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Laugh keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Brown's efforts to push away. Laugh's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A jab from Laugh finds it's way through Brown's defenses. Nice sprawl there from Laugh as Brown shoots in. Laugh shoots in but no luck this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Esidem Laugh dominated that round. The cut man is working on Chris Brown's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Laugh shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Brown is trying to defend but Laugh finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Chris Brown has got the better of the ground game so far. Brown is trying to maintain the position but Laugh is very close to passing his half guard. Laugh decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Laugh clinches up against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brown jumps guard but Laugh turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Brown is looking to break free of the clinch but Laugh has double underhooks. Laugh's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Laugh lands a body shot. Brown is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Laugh has Brown pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Brown manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Brown prevents the takedown attempt.
Brown is trying to force a seperation but Laugh has the dominant position. Laugh is looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Esidem Laugh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Laugh pulls Brown into guard.
Brown throws a big right hand that misses. Brown slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Laugh looking to hit a scissor sweep but Brown is one step ahead there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Laugh working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brown doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brown manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Laugh looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Laugh is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Brown can do to turn this around? Brown sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Laugh's guard. Brown stalling. Laugh is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Brown's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Brown's back!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown covering up well under a barage of strikes. Brown is really stuck here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. I would not like to be Brown right now.
Laugh is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Brown knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Brown for a finish. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Laugh has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Esidem Laugh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Laugh paws at him with a jab and circles away. Laugh tries to counter by clinching up but Brown breaks away and moves out of range. Brown on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Laugh. Laugh obviously looking to wear him down.
Brown stuffs the takedown. Laugh throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Brown's head. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Horrible takedown attempt by Laugh or perhaps it was just good defense by Brown, which made it look bad. Esidem Laugh is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Brown closes this distance looking for a takedown but Laugh circles away. Brown shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Laugh as he jumps to the side. Laugh is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Laugh looks for a takedown but Brown sprawls well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Laugh gets tackled into the cage by Brown. Brown maintains the clinch. Laugh prevents a takedown attempt there.

Brown wants to clinch. Laugh shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brown as he avoids it easily. Brown throws a wild body kick that Laugh sees coming a mile off. Laugh showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Brown.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Laugh goes for a double leg but Brown avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Brown continues to drive forward. Laugh fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Brown is looking to take this fight into the clinch. It looked like Laugh was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Laugh throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brown's waist but Brown gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Laugh off to one side. Brown throws out a counter right but Laugh avoids it with no problem. Brown fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Brown drives through and clinches with Laugh against the cage.
Brown is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Laugh to keep the fight standing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Laugh is working for takedown but Brown is calmly controlling the position for now. Brown wants to take the fight to the mat but Laugh manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Brown tries for a takedown. No joy.

Brown is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Laugh is defending well. Laugh breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Laugh throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Laugh looks for a takedown but Brown sprawls well. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Laugh avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Chris Brown has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Esidem Laugh is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. A leg kick checked by Laugh.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Esidem Laugh. Well Laugh has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
