Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jon Weasel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Mountain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rock Mountain!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weasel throws a low kick but Mountain moves out of range easily.
Jon Weasel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Weasel circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mountain moves out of range of the body kick from Weasel.
Mountain keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Weasel throws a push kick but Mountain slaps the foot to one side.
Mountain tries to clinch up but Weasel circles away and keeps his distance.
Mountain is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Mountain has Weasel up against the cage in a clinch.
Weasel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Weasel tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Mountain is able to avoid easily.
Mountain tries to close the distance and clinch up but Weasel swats him away and circles back towards the center.

It looks like Rock Mountain has been cut.

Mountain tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Weasel manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Mountain tries to clinch but Weasel moves out of range.
Mountain shoots in looking for a takedown. Weasel tries to sprawl out of it but Mountain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Weasel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Weasel throws a head kick but Mountain moves out of range.
Mountain now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Mountain forces Weasel back against the cage and clinches.
Mountain is trying to pull guard but Weasel turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Weasel pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Weasel misses with a body kick.
Mountain takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Weasel throws a sloppy head kick and Mountain moves out of range easily.
Weasel throws out a leg kick but Mountain moves out of range and Weasel only half commits.
Mountain tries to counter by closing the distance.
Weasel throws a front kick aimed at Mountain's knee but Mountain avoids it well.
Weasel throws a leg kick that misses.
Mountain gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Weasel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Weasel circles away from the clinch attempt.
Weasel lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Mountain looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Mountain tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Weasel throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mountain is trying hard to land a takedown here. Weasel sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Jon Weasel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rock Mountain.
Mountain forces Weasel back against the cage and clinches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mountain decides to pull guard.
Mountain has a closed guard, preventing Weasel from standing up.
Weasel trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Mountain decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Weasel is trying to stand back up but Mountain is controlling him
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Weasel lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mountain has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mountain and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Weasel tries to land a leg kick but Mountain saw it coming and moves away.
Weasel misses with a low kick.
Mountain connects with a looping right hand.
Weasel just misses with a punch to the body.
Mountain throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Weasel was covering up waiting for the punch and Mountain finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Mountain stops Weasel from standing up.
Mountain decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Weasel, up you get!
Mountain moves out of range of the body kick from Weasel.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Weasel dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Rock Mountain's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Weasel buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Mountain throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Mountain is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mountain fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Mountain avoids a kick to the body.
Weasel lands a big head kick that sends Mountain tumbling to the mat! Weasel takes a step backwards and waves Mountain back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Mountain is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mountain tries to clinch but Weasel is having none of it.
Mountain is still on wobbly legs! Can Weasel finish him?

Weasel throws a low kick but Mountain moves out of range easily.
A solid leg kick lands there for Weasel.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Weasel.
An inside leg kick from Weasel misses.
Mountain avoids a kick to the body.
Weasel is looking to land body kicks.
Mountain steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Weasel.
Weasel lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mountain's sensitive parts.
Weasel throws a hook to the side of Mountain's head but Mountain sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Mountain doesn't manage to clinch there - Weasel circles away.
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Weasel! This one is all over!
