Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vince Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dante Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams has chosen The Dark Knight Rises Theme as his entrance music. Vince Carter could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dante Adams's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams throws a leg kick that is checked
letting Carter counter with a right hand.
Carter wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Carter throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Carter misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Adams.
A combination from Adams does no damage.
Carter changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Jab, jab by Carter - just one landing.
Adams fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Adams throws a looping overhand right but Carter ducks down to avoid it.
Adams looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Adams scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Adams has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Adams content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Adams slips a nice elbow through Carter's hands, connecting with Carter's forehead.

Carter on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Adams with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Carter strikes from the bottom but Adams uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Adams lands some shots froms side control.
Carter trying to remain calm as Adams controls from the top position.
Carter tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Adams moves into full mount!

Carter throwing hammer fists to the chest of Adams. What's that going to do exactly?
Carter throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Carter is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Adams lands a couple of good shots and Carter has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Adams trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Carter doesn't escape.
Carter is in bad spot here.
Carter trying to get back to his feet but Adams is in full control for now.
Adams is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Carter. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
I really don't envy Carter right now.
Adams is punishing Carter with strikes - can he finish him?!
Carter looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Adams is cranking Carter's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Carter! He's tightened the choke and Carter is tapping out!
