Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Ed Hadry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jamahl Jones! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hadry misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
As Hadry backs off Jones throws a huge counter combo but Hadry manages to avoid it all. Jones throws the left hand but Hadry avoids the punch easily. Hadry has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Tycoon Gym in the buildup to the fight. Hadry misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hadry fails in his attempt to clinch. Jones drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Hadry defends it well. Hadry throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Jones's head.
It looks like Jamahl Jones has been cut. Hadry pushes Jones away with a front kick. Jones takes a kick to the side of the head. Some wild striking there from Jones.

Hadry is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jones. Jones lands with a slapping head kick. Jones scores with a spinning back kick! A decent looking body kick lands there for Jones. A head kick by Hadry misses and Jones counters with a single leg into guard. Hadry didn't expect that. Jones is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Hadry is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones distracts Hadry with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Hadry has his foot on Jones's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jones works his way back into a safe position though. Hadry looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Jones passes into half guard.
Jones working over Hadry with some ground and pound. Hadry looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Jones slows the pace down in half guard. Jones is looking for a kimura but Hadry is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jones to get the leverage.

Hadry on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Hadry looking for submissions off his back. Well, if Jones is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Jones is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Jones is figuring out what he wants to do next. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jamahl Jones dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Jones counters with a nice double leg into guard. Hadry is looking for a triangle here but Jones uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Hadry is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Jones off and has taken his back! Hadry is working hard for the rear naked choke here.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hadry lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Jones wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Hadry is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jones is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jones has escaped and now he's on top!
Hadry is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jones defends well. Jones wants to control from the top but Hadry keeps moving.

Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Hadry is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hadry can't keep his opponent in guard - Jones advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Hadry taking some punishment here, with Jones in his half guard. Jones controlling the action here. Hadry is trying to get back to full guard. Hadry has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Jones escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Jones! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jones thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Hadry eats them both and turns towards Jones to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Oh Hadry is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hadry wants to stay close but Jones steps back to make room for something. Hadry seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Jones and Hadry drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

A very excited looking Jamahl Jones made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet.
