0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mariusz Pudzianowski! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pudzianowski misses with a leg kick and Bedree counters with an outside leg kick.
Bedree throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Pudzianowski's head.
It looks like Mariusz Pudzianowski has been cut. A nice inside leg kick there by Bedree. That's going to slow Pudzianowski down. Pudzianowski has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bedree. Bedree scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Pudzianowski shoots in and bounces Bedree off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Pudzianowski decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bedree, up you get! Pudzianowski gets in close and instigates a clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A head punch on the inside from Bedree fails to land. Pudzianowski blocks a body shot from Bedree. Bedree tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. That's one minute gone in the round. Bedree scores with a nice hook to the head. Nice body punch from Bedree - that landed with a thud.
Bedree pushes Pudzianowski back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. A left hand lands to the body for Bedree.

Pudzianowski looks winded! Bedree lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Pudzianowski or not. Bedree scores with a shoulder strike. Bedree lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Pudzianowski backwards. Pudzianowski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Pudzianowski takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
BAM! Bedree delivers a spinning backfist that drops Pudzianowski like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
