The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ragnarsson misses with a body shot.
Bambino shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ragnarsson as he avoids it easily.
Bambino with a lazy takedown attempt
and Ragnarsson counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Bernardo Bambino has been cut.
Ragnarsson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bambino sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bambino tries to counter with a takedown but Ragnarsson is quick to defend against it.
Bambino takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Ragnarsson scores with a hook to the body. Bambino takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ragnarsson cracks Bambino with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ragnarsson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Bambino to stand back up!
Bambino is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ragnarsson slips a jab from Bambino.
Ragnarsson closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Bambino! Ragnarsson dives in looking to finish! Bambino is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bjorn Ragnarsson!
