Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Affe Vanhanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Murphy MacManus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vanhanen comes to the cage accompanied by Medieval pagan music - Runestones. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacManus misses with a kick to the body
and Vanhanen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
MacManus throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vanhanen throwing a counter right hand but MacManus manages to avoid it.
MacManus throws a lazy body kick
and Vanhanen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
MacManus will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Vanhanen seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
MacManus throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Vanhanen pushes MacManus up against the cage in a clinch.
MacManus's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as MacManus takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Vanhanen definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
MacManus is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Vanhanen is keeping busy.
MacManus throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Vanhanen blocks it with crossed arms.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Vanhanen makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Vanhanen moves into the clinch successfully.
MacManus breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

MacManus seems to have recovered his senses.
MacManus tries to land a front kick but Vanhanen steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
As MacManus looks to move away, Vanhanen throws a big counter combo but MacManus just gets out of the way.
MacManus lands with a shot to the body.
Vanhanen's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Vanhanen duly obliges.
Vanhanen is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Vanhanen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from MacManus.
MacManus gets a clinch.

Still in the clinch, Vanhanen scores with a nice short uppercut.
Vanhanen misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Come on MacManus - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

MacManus has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Vanhanen scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. MacManus doesn't seem bothered though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vanhanen steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! MacManus is out on his feet! Vanhanen sets himself and nearly takes MacManus's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Affe Vanhanen!
Affe Vanhanen retains his lightweight title!
Affe Vanhanen decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
