Karimov has chosen ACDC - Hells Bells as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sigurdsson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've been informed that Karimov has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Karimov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sigurdsson.
Karimov is looking to slow Sigurdsson down with leg kicks.
Sigurdsson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Karimov throws a jab when Sigurdsson was well out of range.
Karimov lands a jab to the head.
Sigurdsson throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Karimov throws out a leg kick but Sigurdsson moves out of range and Karimov only half commits.
Karimov tried to score with a low kick but Sigurdsson checks it.
Sigurdsson misses with a lunging right hand
and Karimov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sigurdsson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sigurdsson walks into a left hand.
Karimov lands a nice shot that snaps Sigurdsson's head back.
Sigurdsson misses with a low kick.
Karimov takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Sigurdsson walks into a stiff left hand from Karimov.
A big right from Sigurdsson misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Karimov! But no joy.
Karimov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sigurdsson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Karimov's calf.
Karimov throws a shot from downtown. Sigurdsson moves away and avoids it.
A combination from Sigurdsson does no damage.

Karimov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sigurdsson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Karimov's head backwards.
A slow jab from Sigurdsson misses its intended target.
Sigurdsson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sigurdsson thinks about countering with a body kick.
Sigurdsson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Karimov scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Sigurdsson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Karimov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sigurdsson.

Karimov throws a body shot but no joy.
Sigurdsson cracks Karimov with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Karimov looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Sigurdsson finish him?
Karimov is rocked!
It looks like Dasha Karimov has been cut.
Sigurdsson knocks out Karimov with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Sigurdsson before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Sigurdsson picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ragnar Sigurdsson!

As Ragnar Sigurdsson got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: No Messing I'm came to kill tonight. He is a great fighter but I am Ragnar!'.
