Saburov connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Saburov lands a big shot there that rocks Johnson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Saburov cracks Johnson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
