The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdul Rahman stuffs the takedown.
Abdul Rahman appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Gonzalez shoots in looking for a takedown. Abdul Rahman tries to sprawl out of it but Gonzalez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Abdul Rahman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gonzalez darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Abdul Rahman is staying active underneath Gonzalez, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Abdul Rahman has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Gonzalez doesn't defend quickly enough and Abdul Rahman has managed to lock this one up! Can Gonzalez escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Abdul Rahman on a fantastic submission victory.
