Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Kopp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kopp kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fivefold – Step Back. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Patrick Kopp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Anderson Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kopp to the mat! Kopp manages to get full guard.
Gracie wants to control from the top but Kopp keeps moving.
Gracie throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kopp works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Kopp is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Kopp keeping moving, preventing Gracie from controlling successfully.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Gracie working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Gracie looking to sit in guard and control but Kopp gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kopp postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gracie is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Kopp, into his guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gracie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kopp has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gracie has managed to get both his arms back between Kopp's legs - danger averted.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Kopp shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gracie as he avoids it easily.
Kopp dives in for a single leg takedown but Gracie sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes.

Kopp controls Gracie momentarily but Gracie frees himself.

Kopp has his foot on Gracie's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gracie works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Gracie wants to control from the top but Kopp keeps moving.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Gracie throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Kopp scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Kopp is working for a kimura here but Gracie manages to reverse the position and he's now in Kopp's guard.

Kopp has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gracie can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kopp is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gracie is aware though and is defending well.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Gracie shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kopp is trying to defend but Gracie finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gracie has gone for a leg lock! Kopp slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gracie's guard.

Gracie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kopp's guard.

Gracie throws a strike but Kopp manages to get a kimura sweep and he's found himself on top with the kimura half locked in! This would be a real turnaround! He's torquing it... Will Gracie tap??? YES! He's tapped! This one is all over!
