Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Curtis Noguira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and bob lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Curtis Noguira! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, bob lee! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Noguira swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Curtis Noguira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign! lee drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. lee won't allow Noguira to sweep him here. lee stands up from guard. Let's bang! Noguira with a lazy takedown attempt and lee counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Noguira wants to sweep but no luck. Noguira could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. lee wants to pass the guard but Noguira is keeping the position. lee is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Noguira striking off his back but it's not causing lee any problems.
That's one minute gone in the round. lee postures up.
lee wants to pass the guard but Noguira is keeping the position. lee seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Noguira wants to sweep but no luck.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. lee tries for a takedown but Noguira circles away easily and Noguira counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Noguira lands a nice short elbow. lee preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Noguira is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and lee defends it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Noguira wants to free his trapped foot but lee is holding on for dear life with his legs. lee landing strikes from the bottom. lee is refusing to be controlled, as Noguira sits in half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Noguira lands a nice short elbow. Noguira takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Noguira wants to pass the guard but lee is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. lee is holding on to half guard well. Noguira landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. lee is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. lee moves into full guard.
Noguira will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Noguira throwing strikes from guard but lee blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Noguira misses with a takedown and lee counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Noguira's guard now. lee is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. lee must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Noguira is looking for a triangle but lee pushes his legs off easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. lee stopping the sweep attempt from Noguira.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noguira escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. lee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Noguira looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
lee loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Noguira wants to control the position but lee says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Noguira wants to improve his position but lee is controlling well.
Noguira manages to get to full guard.
Noguira is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Noguira manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's three minutes gone in the round. lee wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Noguira.
Noguira throws some wild stikes that lee manages to avoid easily.
Noguira tries to control but lee wriggling away. Noguira lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Noguira punishing his opponent with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. lee tries to lock up and control but Noguira gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Noguira misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
lee is trying desperately to improve position. lee regains half guard. Noguira prevents lee from improving his position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. lee is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Noguira wants to lay and pray for a moment but lee keeps working. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
bob lee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! And we move into the final round!
lee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Noguira decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in lee's guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Noguira accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. lee is trying to keep Noguira in close.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as lee holds on and takes a little breather. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if lee can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Noguira has his takedown stuffed and lee counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Noguira's guard now. Noguira wants to sweep here but lee controlling him for the moment.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. lee is thwarting Noguira's attempts to control the position. lee is taking a breather. Noguira says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Noguira flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Noguira controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. lee tries to pass the half guard into mount. Noguira knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Curtis Noguira has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! bob lee is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. lee is figuring out what he wants to do next.
And that's the end of the fight! bob lee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well lee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
