Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Antero Rokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Russell Lynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rokka's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Twilight Guardians - Out of Our Hands. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Ben Watson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decent striking displayed by Lynn there.
Rokka has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD-Guts & Glory Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Lynn misses with a looping left.
Rokka on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Lynn throws a head kick that misses
and Rokka counters with a nice uppercut.
Lynn wants to land a leg kick but Rokka is out of range.
Rokka waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Lynn.
Lynn lands a nice shot to the body.

and Rokka counters with a straight right hand.
Lynn fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rokka, pushing him back against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Lynn fails to land.
Lynn tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Lynn prevents a takedown attempt there.
Rokka tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lynn smiles and moves away.
Lynn pushes Rokka away with a front kick.

Rokka paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Lynn darts in trying to clinch
and Rokka counters with a two punch combo.
Lynn's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rokka connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lynn scrambles back to his feet.
Lynn tests Rokka's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lynn tries a low kick but Rokka avoids it.
Lynn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lynn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rokka moves away.
Rokka closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rokka lands in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rokka looking to sit in guard and control but Lynn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Rokka looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Lynn scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Rokka wants to stand up but Lynn is controlling him.
Lynn lands a couple of elbows.
Lynn makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Rokka trying to keep a closed guard but Lynn is proving a slippery customer.
Lynn lands a couple of digs.
Rokka looking for a guillotine here but Lynn defends easily.
Rokka is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lynn is controlling him.

Lynn is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Lynn won't allow Rokka to sweep him here.
Lynn loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Rokka wants to stand but Lynn is controlling the position.
Lynn throws an elbow that misses. Rokka uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lynn's guard. Nice move by Rokka!
Rokka won't allow Lynn to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lynn is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Lynn seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rokka does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Rokka is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Lynn lands strikes from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lynn connects with a nice short shot to Rokka's temple.
Lynn throwing shots but Rokka is blocking nicely.
Lynn not landing any meaningful shots this time.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Lynn working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Rokka trying to hold on to Lynn's head to control him but Lynn postures up.
Rokka slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Rokka not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Rokka escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lynn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Lynn postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Lynn with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Russell Lynn dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Lynn shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rokka but Rokka pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Rokka displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lynn throws out the jab.

Lynn lands a nice hook to Rokka's body. Rokka takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Nice takedown defense from Lynn. No joy for Rokka on that attempt.
Lynn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rokka manages to avoid it.
Lynn throws a nice outside leg kick.
Lynn misses with a takedown attempt - Rokka sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rokka shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Rokka takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lynn misses with a hook. Rokka ducked under it nicely.
Rokka is looking to counter the offense by Lynn and move into the clinch.
Lynn misses with a head kick.

Rokka looks to land a right hand but Lynn moved out of range.
Rokka moves into range and clinches up with Lynn.
Rokka escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nice defenses there by Rokka.
Lynn misses with a straight right.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lynn. Rokka does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rokka lands with a good body shot.
Lynn stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Lynn has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Rokka throws a head kick that misses.
Lynn throws a combination that misses
and Rokka connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Lynn plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Rokka is rocked!
Rokka lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Oh Rokka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rokka, as that shot connected.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rokka scores with the left hand. Lynn knows he should have avoided that one.
Rokka seems to have got his legs back now.
Russell Lynn seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A low kick from Lynn misses
and Rokka counters with a big head kick but Lynn shrugs it off.
Lynn is rocked!
Lynn gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Rokka gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Lynn is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Antero Rokka!
Antero Rokka bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
