Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paul Jacobs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Naruto Sagemode!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Sagemode misses.
Jacobs dodges the punch combination from Sagemode.
Jacobs doesn't manage to clinch there - Sagemode circles away.
Jacobs takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Naruto Sagemode seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jacobs darts in and clinches Sagemode up against the cage.
Come on Sagemode - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jacobs is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Sagemode is defending well.
Sagemode softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Sagemode stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sagemode lands a shoulder strike.
Jacobs is rocked!
A shot in the inside from Sagemode.
Oh Jacobs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sagemode with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Sagemode breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sagemode lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jacobs circles away quickly and effectively.
Sagemode throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sagemode cracks Jacobs on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Jacobs falls backwards against the cage. Sagemode follows up with more strikes that drop Jacobs to his knees. Sagemode keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Jacobs! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Naruto Sagemode!
