Ferreira throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rowland was covering up waiting for the punch and Ferreira finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Rowland has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ferreira can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

I would just about give that final round to Carlos Ferreira.
