Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Moses Sparks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buzz Lightyear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Buzz Lightyear looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lightyear gets a takedown into half guard.
Lightyear looks winded!

Sparks really is a fat lump.
Lightyear thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sparks's head.
Sparks tries to get to full guard but Lightyear has control of the leg.
Lightyear is keen to just control but Sparks is a slippery customer.
Sparks keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Lightyear not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sparks is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lightyear pulls his head out easily.
Sparks is staying active underneath Lightyear, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Lightyear is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sparks is just riding it out for now. Lightyear eventually gives up the hold.

Sparks has hold of Lightyear's hands but Lightyear slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Lightyear looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Lightyear is keen to just control but Sparks is a slippery customer.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lightyear connects with a nice short shot to Sparks's temple.
Sparks is staying active underneath Lightyear, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Lightyear is pressing down on Sparks's thigh, looking to free his foot. Sparks is holding on for now.

Lightyear shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Lightyear was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Sparks might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Lightyear wants to control but Sparks is keeping him busy.
Sparks knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lightyear on the ground.

Sparks seems a little lost for a moment, as Lightyear dominates the positioning.
Sparks is not content to let Lightyear control the position.
Lightyear tries for a kimura but Sparks is defending well.
Sparks is looking to regain half guard here but Lightyear keeps moving and retains side control.
Lightyear has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Lightyear has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Sparks is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Lightyear yanks on the arm and Sparks is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Lightyear.
