Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Matt Tomasello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Brawler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tomasello throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Brawler tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Tomasello is in Brawler's guard.
Tomasello stands up over Brawler, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Brawler utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Brawler is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Tomasello has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Brawler bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tomasello 's guard.

Brawler lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Brawler takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Brawler shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tomasello as he avoids it easily.
Matt Tomasello has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Brawler.

Brawler walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Tomasello swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
