The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Smiff clinches up against the cage.
Smiff can't get the takedown.

Truck looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Smiff breaks from the clinch.
Smiff throws out a leg kick but Truck moves out of range and Smiff only half commits.
Truck closes this distance looking for a takedown but Smiff circles away.

Smiff clinches.
Smiff scores with a nice hook to the head.
Smiff just leaning against Truck, taking a breather.
Smiff avoids the elbow strike from Truck, against the cage.
Truck lands a right hand that snaps the head of Smiff backwards.
Truck tries a knee to the head but Smiff blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Truck is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Smiff is defending well for now.
Truck tries to break the clinch but Smiff is controlling the position.
