Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Brewster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Torquil Bram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brewster comes to the cage accompanied by Bodies. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Barry Brewster! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Torquil Bram! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bram throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Brewster sees it coming and avoids it easily. Bram shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Brewster eats them both and turns towards Bram to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Barry Brewster has been cut. Brewster has been working on his boxing with his coaches at London MMA Club in the buildup to the fight. Bram misses with a left hand and Brewster counters with a nice uppercut. Bram throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Brewster cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Good work by Brewster as he checks the leg kick. Brewster throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bram sees it coming and avoids it easily. Brewster darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Brewster keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bram. Bram throws a hook but Brewster blocks it. A lazy left from Brewster finds it's target. Brewster throws a leg kick that is checked and Bram counters with a straight right hand. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bram scores with a hook to the body. Brewster takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Bram throws a hook to the side of Brewster's head but Brewster sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Brewster takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Bram throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

That's one minute gone in the round. Brewster ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Brewster is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Bram misses with a hook to the body
and Brewster counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Bram misses with a straight left. It looked like Brewster wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Brewster throws the left hand but Bram avoids the punch easily. Brewster is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Brewster connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bram's hands. Brewster checks the leg kick nicely there.
Brewster pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Brewster uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bram has time to react. Brewster misses with an uppercut. Bram saw that one coming. Bram pushes Brewster away with a front kick. Bram throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Brewster counters with a straight right hand. Brewster pounces like a tiger and cracks Bram with a vicious hook! Bram is down but not out! Brewster follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Barry Brewster! Barry Brewster is the new super heavyweight champion! A relieved looking Barry Brewster thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
