Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Boskins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sakazuki Akainu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dwayne Boskins has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dwayne Boskins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sakazuki Akainu!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Boskins.
Akainu changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Boskins steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Akainu.
Boskins was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Boskins tries to clinch but Akainu is having none of it.
Akainu was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Boskins tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Akainu swivels and escapes.
Boskins takes a swing at Akainu's ribcage but misses.
Akainu throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Boskins's head.
Boskins has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad MMA LA Elite in the buildup to the fight.

Akainu swings around for an armbar but Boskins sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Akainu's guard.

Boskins got a little sloppy there for a moment and Akainu has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Boskins has managed to get both his arms back between Akainu's legs - danger averted.

Boskins fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Akainu to the ground. Boskins is now in Akainu's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sakazuki Akainu showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Boskins throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Akainu's waist but Akainu gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boskins off to one side.

I've got Akainu winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
