Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Caleb Winning! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henderson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Winning looks gassed! Henderson pushes Winning up against the cage in a clinch. Winning taking a breather. Henderson manages to break the clinch.
Henderson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Henderson is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Winning has escaped the position, nice work there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Henderson working the body and head with strikes. Henderson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Winning down.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Henderson connects with a nice short shot to Winning's temple. Winning is looking for a sweep. Henderson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Dan Henderson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Henderson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Winning with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Winning wants to improve his position but Henderson is controlling well.

Henderson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Winning is just riding it out for now. Henderson eventually gives up the hold. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Henderson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Henderson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Winning is working to avoid the ground and pound but Henderson connects with a decent elbow. Winning sneaks back into half guard. Henderson keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Winning is looking to control Henderson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Winning avoid being mounted? Winning tries to roll over but Henderson keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Winning is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Henderson is thwarting Winning's attempts to control the position. Winning has a hand on Henderson's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Henderson takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Henderson controlling the position easily from mount. BOOM! Henderson connects with a massive shot to the dome!
And that's the end of the fight! Dan Henderson showed his dominance in that final round. Well Henderson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
