Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ferris Bueller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and L Manning Hines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bueller's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Footloose by Kenny Loggins. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ferris Bueller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, L Manning Hines!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Paul Tew and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hines walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Bueller throws an overhand right that lands on Hines's shoulder, as Hines tries to avoid the shot.
Bueller lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hines at a distance.
Hines shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bueller sprawls well. Bueller wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hines gets slowly back to his feet.
Hines shoots in looking for a takedown but Bueller manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hines's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bueller keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ferris Bueller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of L Manning Hines.
Bueller cracks Hines with a right hand to the side of the head.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hines.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bueller closes the distance and clinches.
Bueller gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hines.

Hines turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hines manages to end up in side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bueller is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Hines thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Hines tries to move into full mount but can't pass Bueller's legs.

Hines is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bueller has escaped the position, nice work there.

Hines is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bueller is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Bueller is not content to let Hines control the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bueller wants to get back to his feet but Hines drags him back down.

Hines is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Bueller is trying to escape and Hines transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Bueller is forced to tap! Nice work there by Hines! Very nice indeed!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). L Manning Hines!
L Manning Hines decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
