Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ty Hadland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Arshavin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ty Hadland looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ty Hadland! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Fedor Arshavin! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hadland shoots for a double leg takedown but Arshavin sprawls well. He's pushed Hadland's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Hadland shoots in but no luck this time. Hadland gets caught flat footed, as Arshavin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Arshavin sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hadland's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hadland is defending against the submission attempts here by Arshavin.
Arshavin wants to free his trapped foot but Hadland is holding on for dear life with his legs. Arshavin has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Hadland works to full guard. Arshavin gets to his feet. Hadland looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Hadland pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hadland throws out a leg kick but Arshavin moves out of range and Hadland only half commits.
That's one minute gone in the round. Arshavin misses with a takedown and Hadland counters with a nice uppercut. Arshavin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Arshavin trying to control the position but Hadland is working away. Hadland struggling a bit here. Arshavin stands up and we're back to a striking position. A clash of legs there as Arshavin blocks the low kick. Arshavin has his takedown stuffed and Hadland counters with a good low kick that Arshavin was not able to check.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters circle momentarily. Hadland darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Arshavin shoots for a takedown but Hadland saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Ty Hadland has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fedor Arshavin. Arshavin looks gassed! No luck for Arshavin with that takedown attempt. Arshavin darts in trying to clinch and Hadland counters by clinching up. Hadland is working for takedown but Arshavin is calmly controlling the position for now. Hadland has had enough of the clinch but Arshavin keeps him there for the moment.

Arshavin is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hadland pulls him back up using the underhooks. Hadland unloads a knee to the mid-section. Arshavin lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Hadland tries a knee to the head but Arshavin blocks it.
Hadland has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Arshavin avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Hadland manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Hadland looking for a guillotine here but Arshavin defends easily.
Hadland keeping moving, preventing Arshavin from controlling successfully. Arshavin is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Arshavin is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hadland is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hadland has escaped and now he's on top! Arshavin working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hadland doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hadland manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Arshavin wants to sweep here but Hadland controlling him for the moment. Arshavin is looking for a triangle but Hadland pushes his legs off easily.
Hadland drops back looking for a leg! Arshavin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Arshavin manages to kick Hadland off! Hadland jumps back into Arshavin's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fedor Arshavin dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Arshavin scores with a takedown into Hadland's guard. Hadland controls Arshavin momentarily but Arshavin frees himself. Hadland is working an open guard so Arshavin takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Hadland circles away from the clinch attempt and Hadland counters with a series of strikes. Arshavin will be more careful next time no doubt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Hadland counters with a flying knee. Nice. Hadland has his takedown stuffed and Arshavin counters with a takedown into side control. Arshavin is looking to take a break and control but Hadland is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Arshavin working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Hadland is not content to let Arshavin control the position. Hadland looks to move to half guard but instead Arshavin has passed into mount! Damn!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hadland is desperately trying to improve his position but Arshavin has a good base and remains in mount. Arshavin lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Arshavin looking to secure an arm triangle but Hadland defends it well. Arshavin unloads with some shots from mount but Hadland bucks and avoids them well.
Arshavin wants to control the pace but Hadland is squirming around nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arshavin has control of Hadland's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hadland regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Hadland slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Fedor Arshavin has got the better of the ground game so far. Hadland won't allow Arshavin to pass to mount. Arshavin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hadland doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Arshavin. Arshavin sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Hadland defending well though. Arshavin works his foot free and advances to mount.

Arshavin has hold of Hadland's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hadland manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Arshavin is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Hadland can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Hadland tries to get back to half guard but can't. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hadland is working hard here to advance position. Arshavin pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fedor Arshavin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Arshavin is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Arshavin gets caught flat footed, as Hadland shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Arshavin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Arshavin is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hadland sees it coming and defends easily. Hadland is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Arshavin passes to full mount!

Hadland tries to lock up and control but Arshavin gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Arshavin is working for a guillotine from mount but Hadland frees his head quite easily.

Ty Hadland has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Arshavin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Arshavin working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Hadland's thigh. Hadland counters though and makes it back to full guard. Arshavin drops back looking for a leg! Hadland is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hadland manages to kick Arshavin off! Arshavin jumps back into Hadland's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Fedor Arshavin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Arshavin winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
