0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lorenzo Warning! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Warning looks to land a combination but Swanson avoids it well. Swanson throws a quick counter kick to the body but Warning avoids it. Warning throws a combination that misses and Swanson moves into the clinch. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Warning has eaten all the pies! Warning can't get the takedown.
Warning has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Swanson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Swanson prevents a takedown attempt there.

Swanson throws a quick counter head kick but Warning was just out of range. Warning swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Swanson in particular looking to stall. Swanson stands up out of the half guard. Warning rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Swanson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Warning misses with a combination
and Swanson counters with a nice uppercut. Swanson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Warning, pushing him back against the cage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Warning changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Swanson fights it off and pushes away nicely.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Warning is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Swanson has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Warning has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Warning is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Swanson has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Warning fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Swanson manages to avoid it. Swanson clinches. Swanson gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Swanson scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Warning with the active half guard here but Swanson passes nicely into side control. Swanson stands up and beckons Warning to his feet.

Lorenzo Warning has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Darryl Swanson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. And that's the end of the fight! Darryl Swanson showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Swanson, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
