And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Yonglong Li!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Sano and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li misses with a leg kick
and Bengtsson counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Yonglong Li has been cut.
Bengtsson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Li moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Li misses with a body shot.
Bengtsson tries to keep at a distance but Li has taken the fight into the clinch.

Li tries a body shot but Bengtsson blocks it.

It looks like Bertil Bengtsson has been cut.
Bengtsson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bengtsson goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Li lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Bengtsson or not.

Bengtsson tries to work over Li's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Bengtsson throws a punch but it's blocked by Li.

Bengtsson wants to break the clinch but can't.
Bengtsson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Li's elbow.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Bengtsson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Li lands an elbow inside that Bengtsson shrugs off.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bengtsson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Li stuns Bengtsson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Li lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bengtsson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Li misses with a few strikes there.
Yonglong Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Li, as that shot connected.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Bengtsson misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bengtsson tries a body shot but Li blocks it.
Li tries to stall but Bengtsson uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Bengtsson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A frustrated look appears on Bengtsson's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Li scores with a nice hook to the head.
Bengtsson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.

Li is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Li blocks an uppercut.
Bengtsson swings wildly with an uppercut but Li uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bengtsson tries to throw a body punch but Li avoids it by throwing Bengtsson back against the ropes.
Li digs a right hand underneath Bengtsson's ribcage. Bengtsson let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Li lands with a short shot to the head.
Li is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Bengtsson is defending well for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yonglong Li dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Li scores with a crisp jab that stopped Bengtsson in his tracks.
Li throws a good cross that connects.
Bengtsson is rocked!
Crack! Li connects with the perfect overhand right and Bengtsson falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Li!
