Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Burt Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raul Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Burt Fox! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Raul Garcia! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Ivan Kurochkin and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Garcia shoots in for a takedown but Fox shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Fox could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Garcia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Garcia trying to control but Fox is working from the bottom. Garcia controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Fox keeping moving, preventing Garcia from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Garcia controlling from the top position. Garcia trying to control but Fox is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Garcia is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Garcia gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Garcia shoots in and gets a takedown into Fox's guard. Garcia trying to control the position from guard on top but Fox is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fox not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Garcia engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Garcia stands and steps away. Fox gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Raul Garcia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Garcia throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fox's waist but Fox gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Garcia off to one side.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fox has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Burt Fox has been cut. Garcia looks for a takedown but Fox sprawls well. Fox appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Burt Fox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raul Garcia. Garcia tries for a takedown but Fox circles away easily and Fox counters with a nice uppercut. Garcia gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fox counters with a lovely straight right hand! Fox has taken the fight to the clinch.

Garcia prevents Fox from breaking the clinch. Garcia is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Garcia is trying to break the clinch but Fox is controlling him. Garcia jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fox walks away with a smile on his face. Garcia gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Garcia takes a kick to the side of the head. Garcia misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Fox is looking to counter the offense by Garcia and move into the clinch. Garcia looks winded! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Garcia tries for a takedown but Fox circles away easily and Fox counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Burt Fox will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Burt Fox's cut. That's time! Back to the action!

Garcia shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fox sprawls well. Fox wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Garcia gets slowly back to his feet. Garcia shoots in and bounces Fox off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Garcia slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Fox tries to land a sweep but no joy. Garcia stops Fox from standing up. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Garcia controlling from the top position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Garcia takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Garcia feints and as Fox raises his hands in defense, Garcia changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Garcia pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Fox is keeping the position for now. Garcia has gone for a leg lock! Fox slips out almost immediately though and dives into Garcia's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fox sitting in guard, not really doing much. Garcia manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Garcia takes a swing at Fox's ribcage but misses. The fight stays on the outside here - Fox looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Garcia shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Garcia is trying to control the action in half guard but Fox is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Garcia is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Fox in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Garcia lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raul Garcia showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Burt Fox's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Garcia lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Garcia gets in close and instigates a clinch. Fox breaks the clinch.
Fox throws a sloppy head kick and Garcia moves out of range easily. Garcia has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Garcia pushes Fox up against the cage in a clinch. Garcia breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Garcia gets a takedown into half guard. Fox manages to escape and get back to his feet!
That's one minute gone in the round. A combination from Garcia does no damage. No luck for Garcia with that takedown attempt. An attempted straight right counter from Fox misses the target. Fox pushes Garcia up against the cage in a clinch. Fox tries to break free but Garcia pushes him back against the cage. Fox gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Garcia.
Garcia prevents a body shot from Fox.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fox can't break the clinch.
Fox has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Fox managing to block the knees to the body from Garcia.
Garcia escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Garcia fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fox, pushing him back against the cage. Garcia stalling against the cage.

Garcia shoots and misses and Fox cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Burt Fox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raul Garcia. Garcia moves into the clinch.

Fox keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Garcia takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fox changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Garcia tries to avoid it but Fox manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Garcia to the ground. Garcia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Garcia is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Garcia has a takedown stuffed. Garcia fails with the takedown and Fox counters with a right hand to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Garcia shoots in for a takedown but Fox shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. A looping hook to the body misses from Garcia. Fox does a little dance to reset his feet. Fox throws a counter high kick but Garcia was just alert enough to avoid it. Garcia has closed the distance and engaged Fox in a clinch.
Garcia wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Fox keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Garcia's efforts to push away. Fox wants to get back to striking at distance but Garcia won't allow it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Fox escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
No joy there for Garcia, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Raul Garcia. I think Garcia has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
