Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy swats away the attempt to clinch by Demir .
Guy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Demir circles away quickly and effectively.
Demir darts in trying to clinch
and Guy counters with a three punch combo that has Demir backing up. Demir nods at Guy to acknowledge the strikes.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Demir is defended easily by Guy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Guy has managed to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Guy scores with a shot to the side of Demir 's head.
Guy goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Guy wants a takedown but no success here.
Guy pulls guard.
Demir preventing the sweep.
Guy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Demir on the ground.
Guy throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Guy is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Demir is aware though and is defending well.
Demir cracks Guy with a solid left hand.
Demir wants to control from the top but Guy keeps moving.
Demir stands and steps away. Guy gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Guy keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Guy has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Guy is rocked!
It looks like Andre Guy has been cut.
Demir tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Guy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Oh Guy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Demir looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Guy tries to counter by clinching up but Demir breaks away and moves out of range.
Andre Guy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hakan Demir .
Guy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Demir .
No luck for Demir with that takedown attempt.
Guy seems to have got his legs back now.
Jab by Demir .
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Demir throws a half hearted mid kick.
Guy fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Guy will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Guy blocks the body kick.
Demir tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Demir is trying hard to land a takedown here. Guy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Guy wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Demir looks winded!
Guy lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Demir darts in looking for a takedown but Guy gets double underhooks and turns Demir into the cage.
Demir tries for a takedown but Guy sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Guy clinches up with Demir and pushes him back against the cage.
Guy pulls guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Guy looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Guy working for a triangle but Demir defends it easily.
Demir got a little sloppy there for a moment and Guy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Demir has managed to get both his arms back between Guy's legs - danger averted.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Demir accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Demir scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Demir passes Guy's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andre Guy dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Andre Guy's cut.
That's time! Guy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Demir motions for Guy to come forward. Demir throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Guy connects with a high kick.
