Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gauthier moves into the clinch.
Gauthier lands a left hand that snaps the head of Benson backwards.
Gauthier lands a shoulder strike.
Gauthier wants to break free but Benson has control.
Gauthier tries to break the clinch but Benson is controlling the position.
Gauthier's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Benson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Benson closes the distance and clinches up with Gauthier, looking for a takedown. Benson pushes Gauthier against the cage but Gauthier circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gauthier looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Benson lands a two punch combo.
Gauthier keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Benson closes the distance and lands a one-two.

and Benson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Benson drops Gauthier with a left right combo! Benson follows him down to the ground into side control.
Gauthier is rocked!
Benson cracks Gauthier with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Benson immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Gauthier is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Benson!
