Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nairo Velasquez Quintana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curt Mullend (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mullend comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Warrior's Cry kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mullend shoots for a takedown but Velasquez Quintana saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mullend takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Velasquez Quintana misses with a straight right.
Mullend changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Velasquez Quintana tries to avoid it but Mullend manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Velasquez Quintana to the ground. Velasquez Quintana escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
