The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvia avoids the body shot from Jeterrrs.
Jeterrrs throws a predictable looking body shot
and Silvia counters with a stiff right hand.
Jeterrrs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Silvia blocks a head kick by Jeterrrs.
Jeterrrs throws a head kick that misses
and Silvia counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Jeterrrs off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Silvia follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Jeterrrs was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Shawn Silvia!
Shawn Silvia was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
