The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cannon lands a big uppercut and Stephenson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Stephenson looks OK. Cannon waves Stephenson back to his feet!

It looks like Lester Stephenson has been cut.

Cannon forces Stephenson back against the cage and clinches.

Stephenson pulls guard effortlessly.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Stephenson is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cannon is trying to push Stephenson away but Stephenson has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Cannon gets control of Stephenson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cannon will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Stephenson gets to his feet. Cannon looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Cannon tries to clinch up but Stephenson circles away and keeps his distance.
Cannon batters Stephenson with a massive right followed by a huge left! Stephenson is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Cannon lands a final crushing right hand to drop Stephenson to the mat with a gruesome thud! Cannon is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
