Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chase Himnough (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maniac Heat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Maniac Heat!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Himnough lands the left hand.
Himnough works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Heat shoots in and bounces Himnough off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Heat throws a big right hand that misses.
Himnough looking for a sweep. Not yet Himnough, not yet.
Heat pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Himnough is keeping the position for now.
Himnough is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Heat advances position into side control!
Heat working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Heat has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Heat throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Heat is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Himnough is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Himnough knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Heat on the ground.
Heat is working to tighten his grip on Himnough's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Himnough has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Heat is really squeezing tight and eventually Himnough passes out! Heat breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Maniac Heat!
